What is a credit?
Credits are how Unads measures work. A static ad costs 50 to 250 credits depending on the model, videos are priced per second, and the Generate button always shows the exact cost before you click.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are a one-time payment and work on every plan, even Free. They last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Credits you buy as a top-up last 12 months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Your ads stay in your account.
Are AI images and videos labelled?
Yes. Anything made with AI images or AI creators gets a small label, and AI creators always speak as presenters, never as fake customers. That keeps your ad account safe.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
