Refunds

If an ad, video or report doesn't come through because of a problem on our side, the credits go back to your account automatically. You don't need to ask.

Not for you? Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full, as long as you've used less than 20% of that month's credits.

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of buying them. Once you start using a pack, it can't be refunded.

• You can cancel anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Renewals aren't refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used any credits since the renewal, email us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

Email hello@unads.ai from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with through Paddle, our payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Your legal rights as a consumer always apply.
